At certain points in our careers, working harder is no longer the answer.
Many professional women reach a stage where they are capable, experienced, and committed, yet quietly questioning their visibility, alignment, or what “next” should really look like. What’s often missing isn’t ambition or skill, but space. Space to pause, reflect, and think clearly before making decisions.
The Voice, Values and Vision Collective was created to offer that space.
This is not a programme, a course, or a fast-track solution.
It is a thoughtfully held, ongoing collective designed to support reflection, self-trust, and intentional career thinking over time.
Who this Collective is for?
- The Voice, Values and Vision Collective is a virtual hub for professional women who:
- feel ready to pause and reflect rather than rush into their next move
- are navigating questions of growth, visibility, or leadership
- want a place to think honestly about their careers without judgement or pressure
- are tired of carrying important career decisions alone
- value depth, discernment, and meaningful conversation
You do not need to have clear goals or answers to join.
This collective welcomes women who are still listening closely to themselves.
How the Voice, Values and Vision Collective works
Access to the Collective is offered on an annual basis.
For $126 per year, participants receive access to a calm, supportive environment that combines self-guided reflection with live, relational support.
What's Included
Monthly Live Reflections
Once per month, participants are invited to join a live session with me, Daisy Wright, or with another member of the Collective. These are open, conversational drop-in sessions where women can:
- reflect on current career questions or challenges
- talk through moments of uncertainty or transition
- gain perspective and guidance in a supportive setting
These sessions are not generally lectures or workshops. They are reflective, responsive, and shaped by what participants are navigating in real time. However, we will be flexible, as there might be a month or two when we might decide a workshop or webinar on a topic might be beneficial.
Self-Guided Reflection Resources
Participants also have ongoing access to materials they can engage with at their own pace, including:
- a curated library of recommended readings, tools, and resources
- occasional written notes or reflections from Daisy or others
There are no required activities and no expectation to “keep up.”
Women engage with the space in ways that suit their lives and rhythms.
What this Collective is, and what it is not
The Voice, Values and Vision Circle is intentionally designed to be spacious and supportive.
It is:
- reflective, calm, and thoughtful
- grounded in trust and self-agency
- supportive without being prescriptive
- flexible enough to meet women where they are
It is not:
- a content-heavy programme
- a course with weekly lessons
- a productivity challenge
- a constant stream of tasks or discussions
- a space that demands performance or visibility
How this collective is held
The Voice, Values and Vision Collective is facilitated by Daisy Wright, executive career coach and founder of Aspire to GROW and The Wright Career Solution.
Daisy brings years of experience supporting professional women through moments of transition, recalibration, and growth. Her work is grounded in encouragement, discernment, and respect for each woman’s lived experience and pace.
Some members might want, and will be encouraged to contribute in ways that will benefit the Collective, and this means hosting one of the live calls on a topic that’s relevant.
This is not a space for quick fixes or generic advice.
It is a space for thoughtful conversation, steady guidance, and trust-building over time.
A gentle note on depth and next steps
For many women, this collective space is exactly what they need.
Others find that as clarity deepens, a desire for more structured or personalized career support naturally follows. When that happens, this space can serve as a starting point, a place where insight gradually turns into informed, supported action.
There is no expectation to move beyond the Collective.
Each woman chooses her own pace and path.
