Hi, I’m Daisy Wright, founder and Chief Encouragement Officer of The Wright Career Solution. As a certified executive career coach, I’m obsessed with helping professionals like you break through the noise, overcome self-doubt, and step into the leadership roles you were born for.
I’ve had the privilege of working with 1000+ professionals, guiding them as they push past their limiting beliefs and step confidently into their next big career move.

I started the Let’s GROW Project when Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was running for President. It was a glimmer of hope even though we weren’t running for office. In fact, the goal was to offer one high-touch coaching session to empower women to make a difference. Now, look how far the Project has come! It has morphed into the Aspire to GROW Community. A safe space for us women to support and build each other up.
Now more than ever, support is necessary. VP Kamala Harris has shown us what’s possible, but also the reality that there’s a concrete wall that women just can’t seem to crack.
Here at the Academy, we are not fooling ourselves; we drench ourselves in reality. But we also know that giving up is not a part of our DNA. We have to carry on, hence the reason I created this community as a safe space to chill when the corporate going gets rough.
I am an ICF-Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Career Development Practitioner, Certified Career Transition Coach, a former Forbes Coaches Council member and client testimonials that speak to the impact I am making, I know bring a wealth of experience to the table.
