Who is this program for?

Professional women at any career stage who feel overlooked, underrecognized, or stuck, and are ready to take intentional, strategic action. You do not need to be job searching. Many participants are advancing within their current organization.

How much time does it require each week?

Plan for approximately 2–3 hours per week: one pre-recorded module, one biweekly live session (90 minutes), and time to complete your workbook exercises and accountability check-in.

What if I cannot attend a live session?

Sessions are recorded and shared with participants. While live attendance is strongly encouraged for the coaching and peer connection, you will always have access to the recording.

Can my employer sponsor my participation?

Absolutely. Many participants have their investment covered through professional development budgets. A letter of support and invoice can be provided. Reach out to discuss.
