Visioning 2026 is a milestone experience celebrating 10 years of The Let’s GROW Project and inviting women to intentionally design their vision for the year ahead.
This special anniversary gathering is both a celebration of growth and a powerful space for reflection, clarity, and intentional planning.
Our theme this year is “Voice, Vision, Value, where courageous voices, clear values, and intentional vision come together.“
Together, we will honour the journey behind us and create a clear, aligned vision for 2026, one that reflects your voice, your values, and the future you are ready to step into.

10th Anniversary Speakers
To mark this milestone year, we are proud to welcome our Keynote Speaker, Evelyn Askelrod, CEO of The Career Foundation. Eve was our first guest speaker ten years ago, and her return for our 10th Anniversary is both meaningful and symbolic. As she once said, “Growth often asks us to stretch beyond what feels familiar, and courage is built in those moments.”
We will also feature a lineup of speakers whose journeys reflect voice, vision, and value in action. These voices have been thoughtfully selected to inspire reflection, forward thinking, and intentional action as you create your vision for 2026.
